These terms of use (hereinafter, “Conditions”), together with other special conditions that may be established, have as their object the website postersantiago.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the Website’s purchase conditions.

The use of the Website services, as well as the purchase of any of the offered items, presupposes the acceptance by the Customer or User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these Conditions. The use of the services implies that the User's data will become part of the Tipografia Commerciale’s archive, and their processing will be in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which the User expressly declares to know and accept.
Tipografia Commerciale provides information on the items and offers the possibility of their purchase through the Website. Those who wish to purchase products must follow the steps that Tipografia Commerciale will indicate through the Website.
These Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy of the Website, are the only conditions applicable when using the Website and when purchasing items on it. They replace any other condition. Consequently, the User who accesses the Website and who makes the purchase of items on the Website, agrees to submit and is bounded by the Terms and the Privacy Policy as they were written when the User accessed the Website.
Every photograph, graphic or iconographic representation, video relating to the items on sale on the website, as well as trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the Website are aimed to be informative. However, the User must keep in mind that they have an orientation purpose and, consequently, they are not exhaustive. Tipografia Commerciale reserves the right to select, at any time, the products offered to Users through the Website. In this way, Tipografia Commerciale may at any time add new products to those already present on the Website. It is understood that, unless otherwise disposition, such new products will be regulated by what is indicated in the Conditions in force at that time.
Likewise, Tipografia Commerciale reserves the right to terminate access, at any time and without notice, to any product among those offered on the Website.
In the event that, due to force majeure circumstances, an item is no longer available after making the purchase, Tipografia Commerciale will inform the User by e-mail of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order does not cause the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of termination, that is up to the User, in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
To proceed with the purchase of the item, the User, who must be more than eighteen (18) years old, must select the item he or she wishes to buy and add it to the Shopping Cart. Once the selection of the items being purchased has been completed, the User must click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Then the selected items will be indicated for their purchase and the User must select one of the options available for the shipping to the address indicated and for the payment method. Finally, the User must click on the “Proceed to PayPal” button.
The data provided to Tipografia Commerciale through the corresponding form are identification elements and they allow to access and make purchases, they are personal and non-transferable.
Depending on the zone, domestic shipments can request approximately 1 to 5 working days from the moment in which the User confirms the payment. As regards international shipments, delivery times may vary from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and the transport company indicated. Tipografia Commerciale will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by the express delivery.
Payments accepted by Tipografia Commerciale are PayPal and Credit Card.
The Customer will be redirected to the PayPal web page which will use his secure payment form. Once the payment process is completed, the Customer will be redirected to the website.
On the PayPal page you can make the payment through PayPal account or by credit card. Under no circumstances are accepted cash on delivery.
PayPal can withhold an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform (usually equal to a few cents or € 1). This amount will be refunded by PayPal within one month approximately. The payment of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase has been made.
6.1 GENERAL SHIPPING
- Shipping Italy - € 8.00 up to 3 kg of goods
Above the specified maximum weight of 3 kg will be charged € 3 for each Kg. added to the package shipped. The weights of the packaged items can be checked on each item card under the heading “GROSS WEIGHT” which includes the net weight of the item + the weight of the packaging associated with that.
- Shipping Europe - € 16.00 up to 3 kg of goods
Above the specified maximum weight of 3 kg will be charged € 6 for each Kg. added to the package sent. The weights of the packaged items can be checked on each item card under the heading “GROSS WEIGHT” which includes the net weight of the item + the weight of the packaging associated with that.
- U.S. Shipments and Canada - € 32.00 up to 3 kg of goods
Above the specified maximum weight of 3 kg will be charged € 12 for each Kg. added to the package sent. The weights of the packaged items can be checked on each item card under the heading “GROSS WEIGHT” which includes the net weight of the item + the weight of the packaging associated with that.
At present, shipments are planned exclusively in Europe, U.S.A. and Canada.
6.2 FREE SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping costs may be activated for certain areas or total order amounts in a promotional way at the discretion (ways and times) of Tipografia Commerciale.
1. Shipments are made by courier.
2. Shipping costs always include the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, tax or surcharge.
3. Shipment means the delivery of products to the home or to the direction specified by the User during the order process, limiting the delivery areas to those indicated above.
4. Tipografia Commerciale delivers orders to the Express Delivery within a maximum of 48 hours. Tipografia Commerciale is not responsible for possible delays in delivery caused by the Express Delivery.
If the User has changed his mind or he/she is not satisfied with the purchase, he can return it within 14 calendar days from the day he receives the items. To do so, the User must notify it to Tipografia Commerciale in writing, sending an e-mail to the address orders@postersantiago.com, indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. Received the communication, Tipografia Commerciale will communicate by e-mail the receipt of the message, indicating the next steps to be followed. In this case, the User must send the items in perfect condition, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the items. In this case Tipografia Commerciale will refund the User for all the costs of the original purchase. However, the Customer will assume the direct expense of returning the items.
All items are covered by a guarantee of six (6) months in the event that the damage or defect is attributable to Tipografia Commerciale. If the item is defective, Tipografia Commerciale will take charge of withdrawing it and changing it with the correct one, claiming the costs associated with this change or return (except for those additional expenses deriving from having chosen an urgent delivery method; in this case, the Customer will pay the extra costs).
To be able to handle the inconvenience, the User must notify by email to orders@postersantiago.com indicating the reason for the inconvenience, the order number (essential to locate the purchase), the receipt of the same and the photos of the item damaged or incorrect, so that the situation can be assessed. To be able to exercise the warranty right, you will need to have proof of purchase, receipt or invoice.
Once received this information, Tipografia Commerciale will contact the User to explain him/her the steps to follow. The User must inform Tipografia Commerciale of the lack of conformity of the item within five (5) days from the moment in which he/she notices the imperfection.
In the event that it is not objectively possible to replace the item with another of the same category, Tipografia Commerciale will refund the price of the same.
The warranty does not cover:
1. A negligent or violent use of the item.
2. Damages deriving from the manipulation or tampering of the item.
The prices include in any case the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, tax, tax or surcharge.
The items will be sold at the price indicated, the one being in force at the time when the Customer confirmed the order.
Tipografia Commerciale reserves the right to change prices, items, offers and other commercial conditions without notice.
Though Tipografia Commerciale would avoid to urge the User to respect some of the obligations assumed by the User by virtue of a contract or of these Conditions, though Tipografia Commerciale will not exercise the rights or the actions that may correspond by virtue of that contract or these Conditions, this will not mean renunciation or limitation in relation to the aforementioned rights or actions nor will it exonerate the User from respecting such obligations. No waiver by Tipografia Commerciale to a specific right or action will require a waiver of other rights or actions arising from a contract or the Conditions. No waiver by Tipografia Commerciale to any of these Conditions or rights or actions arising from a contract will have effect, unless it is expressly stated that it is a waiver and is formalized and communicated in writing to the User.
Tipografia Commerciale reserves the right to check and modify these Conditions at any time. The User will be subject to the Privacy Policy and Conditions in force at the time he/she used the Website or he/she executed any order, except in the case where by law or decision of governmental bodies Tipografia Commerciale has to make changes retroactively in such Conditions. In this case, the possible changes will also affect the orders made by the User in advance.
Tipografia Commerciale makes available to the User a form for complaints that can be requested by writing to orders@postersantiago.com
The User undertakes to use this website exclusively to carry out research or orders that are legally valid and not to carry out any false or fraudulent orders. Otherwise Tipografia Commerciale will be authorized to cancel it and to inform the competent authorities.
The User must not make any prohibited use of this website. This means, among other things, the intentional introduction of viruses, troians or any technologically harmful material.
Tipografia Commerciale will not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur to your computer as a result of the actions indicated above, or the use of this web page or the download of contents of the same or to which the same redirect.

As far as possible, once the cause of impossibility or delay is over, Tipografia Commerciale will do everything possible to resume its commercial activities and be able to meet its obligations and shipments.

These Conditions are regulated and are interpreted on the basis of Italian law.
